THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ MOTOR SKILLS FORMATION WHEN PREPARING FOR PHYSICAL CULTURE TEACHING AT SCHOOL

SUMMARY:

Social changes in society require high demands on the quality of professional training of teachers who can successfully implement training activities on the subject, take part in fitness and sports events with students, be physically educated. Mastering the techniques of basic physical actions of future primary school teachers is necessary for proper understanding of the structure of movements, a beautiful demonstration of the technique of doing exercises for students to develop high motivation to Physical Education lessons. Feeling free and confident in the classroom, a teacher will be able to explain the subject to students, correct their mistakes in order to evaluate their level of technical training. Forming methods of physical education teaching and developing motor skills of future primary school teachers, especially female students, is an extremely difficult task for higher educational institutions. This can be explained by the absence of most female students’ positive attitude towards Physical Education lessons, low motor skills and poor health. Any training begins with the formation of students’ motivation to learning. If a student does not feel the need for training, then it will be ineffective. It is stated that carrying out a movement skill under extreme (for example, a competition) and usual (trainings) conditions is accompanied by psychic states of different intensity and modality. It can be concluded that one of the most important tasks of primary school teachers is searching for methods and ways of increasing the efficiency of motor skills formation in the training process. A teacher should use a complex of effective methods and tools when forming female students’ motor skills at different stages of training. This contributes to the improvement of all movement forms and physical actions.

FORMATION OF FUTURE LAWYERS’ PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT QUALITIES BY MEANS OF PHYSICAL TRAINING

SUMMARY:

As a rule students don’t understand the importance of physical fitness in providing professional training of selfrealization in professional activities, most of them can’t even imagine the features of the professional activities they have chosen. This also relates to the understanding of the role of physical education and sports for a human’s preparedness for some complicated life situations. Nowadays there is no doubt about the importance and relevance of purposeful use of physical training for preparing for professional work, successful mastering the profession and optimizing the conditions of professional activity. There is a close interconnection between physical education and professional activity, which is proved by the fact that there are a number of concepts that, on the one hand, characterize certain elements of professional activities, and on the other hand they are the parts of the structure of physical culture concepts. Purposeful use of means and methods of physical training in the context of student-oriented educational paradigm provides complex and most complete satisfaction of social and personal needs of individuals who meet the requirements of professional education. Special play structures for physical training for providing specialists’ preparation for selfrealization in professional activities are developed. The author has analyzed scientific literature and practical experience of high school teachers and defined professionally important physical qualities of students, who are engaged into specialty "Jurisprudence"; they are the following: coordination abilities (speed of motor actions adjustment, spatial and temporal differentiation and dynamic parameters of motion, orientation in space, coordinated static and kinesthetic and stability); speed power (explosive, starting); speed capabilities (response of choice movement, a reaction to moving object) and special endurance. The author has also found out that the systematic use of special game tasks together with traditional means of physical education in the physical training provides a significant increase of the most important physical qualities of students engaged into legal specialties. The highest growth rates have been revealed in indices of speed-power, space-time and dynamic parameters of motion, orientation in space, as well as in special endurance.

CONTROLLING CHILDREN’S PSYCHOPHYSICAL STATE IN MOVEMENT DISORDERS CORRECTION

SUMMARY:

The article is devoted to the problem of determining the effectiveness of Bobath-method as the leading therapy for correction of psychomotor development by means of evaluating the changes of the basic motor abilities in children with movement disorders. Taking into consideration the disadvantages of the proposed tests, the authors have adapted and implemented the detailed rating scale of children’s psychomotor development called ―Map-test of athletic abilities of children aged from 3 months to adulthood, based on preschoolers’ psychomotor development data evaluation (Tarasun V.V., 2012) and the assessment of motor development (Bobath K. 1956)‖. This scale is the most informative, it comprises the main stages of preschool age children’s motor development. It is easy to use and isn’t time-consuming as it doesn’t require counting the result. The scale is also universally applicable and can be used for applying different methods of correction of musculoskeletal disorders. The scale is so detailed that enables to monitor the dynamics of changes in psychomotor development of children aged from 3 months to adulthood, who have CNS disorders. The maptest characterizes and assesses the development of all major aspects of motor functions in children of preschool and school age. The test helps to retrace the dynamics of the psychomotor development of a child, to assess not only flexibility, coordination abilities, but also as basic movements and skills: turning on the stomach, turning to the right and left, sitting skills. Testing by means of this map has improved the efficiency of control over the rehabilitation of motor disorders and the evaluation of psychophysical development.
