You are welcome to submit your articles for Issue № 3, 2026 before July 17, 2026

To publish an article in the scientific journal “Science and Education” № 3, 2026 authors should no later than July 17, 2026:

No more than one article by the same author (co-author) may be published in the issue.

Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

Academic integrity

Submitted manuscripts are subject to editing, peer review, and plagiarism check.

If the article successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication, the author will be provided with bank details for payment of the publication fee.

After making the payment, the author must send a scanned copy of the receipt to the editorial office.

Journal does not charge submission fees. Publication fees are charged only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.

The publication fee is 1600 UAH (for 16 pages). Each extra page is charged at UAH 50. The publication fee covers the costs associated with the processing, peer review, and/or publication of the article.

The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity. 

Along with the manuscript, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate issued the graduate studies department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the relevant department and bear the its official seal.

Authors may also order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 1,000 and is payable in addition to the publication fee.

Terms

The journal’s electronic will be publicly available on the website until October 16, 2026.

The printed version will be sent to the authors who order it until November 20, 2026.
