FEATURES OF THE MANIFESTATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL RESILIENCE IN WOMEN IN TIMES OF WAR
SUMMARY:
This article examines the characteristics of psychological resilience in women in wartime. The societal transformations brought about by the war in Ukraine have highlighted the need for an interdisciplinary understanding of the resources of psychological adaptation, amongst which personal resilience plays a key role. War has led not only to a change in women’s social roles but also to a radical restructuring of their identity, creating a need for a deeper scientific understanding of the dynamics of internal resources. Research into women’s psychological resilience in wartime is not only of scientific and theoretical significance but also has clear practical implications, both in the field of psychotherapy and in terms of fostering national psychological resilience amidst protracted social upheaval. The aim of the study is to theoretically substantiate and empirically investigate the characteristics of psychological resilience in women in wartime. The following instruments were used for this purpose: the Resilience Scale (Connor–Davidson), the Psychological Well-being Scale (K. Riff) and the Psychological Resiliency Questionnaire (O. Shtepa). The study involved 54 female respondents aged between 18 and 35. The results showed that the sample as a whole exhibited a predominantly moderate level of resilience and resourcefulness; however, some respondents scored low, indicating vulnerability to psychotraumatic factors. A correlation analysis using Pearson’s correlation coefficient confirmed the presence of statistically significant positive correlations between measures of resilience, psychological well-being and specific resourcefulness scales, enabling conclusions to be drawn regarding the interdependence of women’s key psychological resources in the context of a crisis environment.

VIRTUAL INTIMACY: CONTENT ANALYSIS OF RESPONSES FROM A SOCIONOMIC PROFILE
SUMMARY:
The article clarifies the concept of virtual intimacy as a psychologically significant form of closeness that emerges and is maintained through digitally mediated interaction. The relevance of the study is related to the fact that the digital environment increasingly becomes a space not only for information exchange, but also for self-disclosure, support, trust, friendship, romantic relationships and the experience of another person’s presence. At the same time, such interaction involves risks of selective selfpresentation, idealization of the partner, deficit of nonverbal signals, privacy violations and dependence on online attention. The aim of the article is to theoretically clarify and empirically specify the concept of virtual intimacy based on content analysis of written responses from students and specialists of a socionomic profile. The study involved 33 respondents aged from 19 to 48 years. The empirical material consisted of anonymized written responses to the question about understanding virtual intimacy and the peculiarities of its manifestation. The research used theoretical analysis, generalization, systematization of scientific sources and quantitative-qualitative content analysis. As a result, 30 units of analysis were identified. The most frequent categories were communication in digital space, closeness, exchange of personally meaningful content, self-disclosure, absence of physical co-presence, long-distance relationships and a constructed online image. The article proposes a working definition of virtual intimacy as a subjectively experienced, emotionally significant form of psychological closeness maintained through digital communication, self-disclosure, trust, support and a symbolic sense of the other person’s presence.

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL RESOURCEFULNESS OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF POST-TRAUMATIC GROWTH
SUMMARY:
The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at investigating the individual psychological characteristics of psychological resourcefulness of individuals with different levels of posttraumatic growth. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for a deeper understanding of the psychological mechanisms that facilitate positive personality transformation following psychologically traumatic events under the conditions of wartime traumatization of society. Despite the substantial body of research devoted to posttraumatic growth and psychological resourcefulness, the relationship between these phenomena remains insufficiently explored, which determines the scientific and practical significance of this study. A theoretical analysis of contemporary research provides grounds for considering psychological resourcefulness as an integrative personality characteristic that facilitates constructive processing of traumatic experience and creates psychological opportunities for positive personal changes following psychologically traumatic events. The aim of the study was to investigate the characteristics of psychological resourcefulness of individuals with different levels of posttraumatic growth. Methods. The study employed theoretical, empirical, and mathematical-statistical methods. The psychodiagnostic battery included: (a) the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) developed by R. G. Tedeschi and L. G. Calhoun; and (b) O. S. Shtepa’s Psychological Resourcefulness Questionnaire (Shtepa, 2018). Statistical data analysis involved descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, Student’s t-test, and qualitative analysis of psychological profiles. The correlation analysis revealed statistically significant positive relationships between posttraumatic growth and the majority of psychological resourcefulness components, indicating a close association between the level of psychological resourcefulness and positive personality transformation following traumatic experiences. The results of the qualitative analysis confirmed significant differences between individuals with high and low levels of posttraumatic growth. Individuals with a high level of posttraumatic growth demonstrated higher overall psychological resourcefulness, greater love, creativity, willingness to help others, self-development, responsibility, aspiration for wisdom, as well as a stronger ability to use and renew their psychological resources. In contrast, individuals with a low level of posttraumatic growth showed insufficient development of most components of psychological resourcefulness, manifested in limited ability to use their psychological resources, reduced readiness for constructive reinterpretation of traumatic experience, and lower openness to social interaction. The study expands current understanding of the relationship between psychological resourcefulness and posttraumatic growth and may be applied in the development of psychological support, counseling, and rehabilitation programs aimed at enhancing psychological resourcefulness, promoting positive personal change, and improving psychological assistance for individuals who have experienced psychologically traumatic events.

RATIONAL AND EMOTIONAL IN PREDICTING THE FUTURE: THE IMAGINATION OF A CURRENT UKRAINIAN
SUMMARY:
Relevance of the study is driven by the need to understand the transformation of subjective representations of anticipation (future foresight) under conditions of collective trauma caused by the full-scale war in Ukraine. The scientific literature lacks qualitative studies capturing implicit, everyday models of forecasting, particularly in contexts of radical uncertainty. The aim of the article is to reconstruct the structure and content of subjective representations among contemporary Ukrainians regarding the role of rationality and emotionality in the process of anticipation. Employing a qualitative design, the study analyzed textual narratives from 52 respondents (open-ended online survey). Inductive content analysis, axial coding, reflexive thematic analysis (Braun & Clarke), and semantic analysis of key metaphors were applied. A dominance of irrational, sensory-somatic, and imagery-based models of anticipation (80%) over rational-analytical ones (13.5%) was revealed. Emotions and rationality in subjective experience are more often perceived as obstacles rather than tools (29% and 25%, respectively), interpreted as a consequence of high levels of background anxiety under chronic stress. A correlation was found: negative attitudes toward rationality are associated with viewing anticipation as a «gift,» whereas recognition of its instrumental role correlates with seeing foresight as a «skill.» Behaviorally, anticipation manifests through adaptive-preventive actions and trust in bodily signals, confirming the theory of somatic markers (Damasio). Anticipation is viewed as a developable skill, with internal state management (meditation, inner silence) being the key regulatory mechanism. Spheres of application are considered total, yet the domains of survival, safety, professional activity, and interpersonal relationships are most prominent. The study documents the specificity of «folk theories» of anticipation under collective trauma, confirms non-linear models of interaction between affective and cognitive systems, and provides an empirical foundation for developing «temporal rehabilitation» interventions aimed at restoring the capacity for positive prospection.
