PHENOMENOLOGY OF THE CONCEPT «MUSIC THERAPY» IN THE MODERN

SCIENTIFIC DISCOURSE OF THE COUNTRIES OF EUROPE AND THE USA

SUMMARY:

This article examines the phenomenology of the concept of music therapy in the context of modern scientific discourse in Europe and the United States. Today, scientists from various fields (doctors, sociologists, psychologists, teachers) all over the world, referring to convincing statistical data, note a tendency towards the deterioration of the health of children and young people. Ukraine is not an exception here, so the urgent task of higher education in the state in the conditions of its modernization is the preservation and strengthening of physical and mental health. One of the fruitful directions of work in this aspect is considered to be the stimulation and improvement of the body by means of music therapy. The problem of introducing health-preserving technologies into the content of mass pedagogical practice has become the subject of scientific research by a number of researchers. But the historical and theoretical-methodological aspects of the use of music therapy as a means of improving the health and prevention of diseases of schoolchildren have not yet found sufficient justification and analysis. The author analyzes the key aspects and trends of the development of this discipline, highlighting its influence on modern society and science. The study is based on a literature review and analysis of the findings of leading researchers in the field of music therapy. The results of the article will allow a deeper understanding of the essence of music therapy in the context of modern scientific debates and practice in Europe and the USA. Research focuses on modern approaches to music therapy, its impact on patients, and effectiveness of interventions. The results of the revealed trends can make a significant contribution to the further development of music therapy as an effective method of treatment.
