COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF FUTURE MATHEMATICS TEACHERS IN UKRAINE AND ISRAEL


SUMMARY:

The article analyzes the problem of psychological training of future teachers. Based on the generalization of different approaches, three views on the psychological training of the teacher and the formation of relevant competencies are distinguished. Psychological competence is considered an integral psychological (personal) tool of a specialist that ensures the effectiveness of their professional activity. Three main psychological competencies of the future mathematics teacher are determined, namely: procedural and situational competence, planning and implementation of holistic interaction competence, psychological and didactic competence. Personal characteristics of students, including motivational, intellectual and communicative ones, are investigated. A correlational analysis is conducted, which proves that the manifestation of psychological competences among the students of Ukraine and Israel is conditioned by such determinants as adequacy of communication and creativity.
