MOTIVES AND INSTRUCTIONS OF DELINQUENT BEHAVIOR IN PERSONS WITH DIFFERENT GENDER PERSONALITY INDEX

The article discusses the problem of determining the motives and guidelines for delinquent behavior of persons with different gender indices, which is connected with the war in Ukraine and the socio-humanitarian and economic crisis. All this leads to the frustration of basic needs and psychological traumatization, which is manifested in anger and hatred, fear, anxiety for life and health, the inability to plan for the future, despair, depression, etc., which in turn cause an increase in the risk of delinquent behavior, in particular its suicidal and victim varieties.As a result of the theoretical-empirical study, it was found that victim behavior and suicidal behavior are types of delinquent behavior directed at oneself. In a correlational study, direct and indirect relationships of the gender identity index with motives and instructions for delinquent behavior were revealed. When comparing groups of male and female subjects, it was determined that biological sex does not affect the motivation of delinquent behavior. It was specified that individuals with a masculine identity were more prone to non-critical, provocative or risky behavior, willingness to deliberately create conflict situations, insult others or mock them; androgynous persons are characterized by carelessness and inability to correctly interpret life events, and at the same time, they were distinguished by the strongest desire to relieve others of the need to take care of themselves; people with a feminine identity had the highest instrumental motivation, the desire to manipulate and blackmail others by using certain techniques of a suicidal nature.
