СТАНОВЛЕННЯ ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ ОСВІТИ МАГІСТРІВ У КОНТЕКСТІ РЕФОРМУВАННЯ
СИСТЕМИ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ КАНАДИ


АНОТАЦІЯ:

Актуальність дослідження зумовлена численними змінами освітньої парадигми у магістерській освіті педагога та його професійному зростанні. Тому висвітлення реформ, що відбувались у вищій освіті Канади у період з початку 19 до кінця 20 століття, має важливе значення. Вперше університети залучили до педагогічної освіти у 1906 через створення педагогічних факультетів. Провінції Канади розвивалися в різних напрямах, тому існує тільки один загальний аспект, який полягає в тому, що всі програми підготовки педагогів є університетськими. Провідну роль у канадському освітньому просторі грає декілька структур: провінційні департаменти та міністерства, Асоціація університетів і коледжів Канади, Асоціацією деканів освіти Канади, шкільні ради провінцій. Представниками канадських університетів і коледжів організовувались конференції, що мали значний влив на освіту, на яких обговорювалися проблеми магістерської освіти в галузі гуманітарних наук та шляхи їх вирішення. Важливого значення набуває вдосконалення якості викладання, яке залежить від постійного підвищення кваліфікації вчителя, шляхом отримання магістерського рівня освіти.
