ПОСТТРАВМАТИЧНЕ ЗРОСТАННЯ ТА
ЯК МОЖНА ЙОМУ СПРИЯТИ У ПСИХОТЕРАПІЇ

Стаття присвячена феномену посттравматичного зростання. Наводяться результати досліджень, у яких доведено існування цього феномену і спростовано погляди на нього як на тимчасовий механізм копінгу із дистресом. Аналізується сучасне розуміння цього явища, дається огляд інструментів для вимірювання по- сттравматичного зростання. Описуються результати досліджень, у яких встановлено значущі зв’язки між посттравматичним зростанням і його предикторами та наслідками. Наводяться рекомендації дослідників і практиків щодо сприяння зростанню у процесі психотерапії
