АНАЛІЗ МОДЕЛЕЙ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНОЇ ПРИХИЛЬНОСТІ
У ВОЛОНТЕРІВ СПОРТИВНОГО ПРОФІЛЮ


АНОТАЦІЯ:

У статті запропоновано ієрархічну модель організаційної прихильності волонтерів спортивного профілю. За її основу прийнято модель трикомпонентної організаційної прихильності Аллена і Майера та модель мора- льного розвитку Колберга. Розроблена модель включає в себе рівні примітивної, тривалої, зовнішньої, норма- тивної та емоційної прихильності. Проведено порівняльний аналіз зазначених моделей, виявлено відмінності між ними. Показано ефективність окремих рівнів, а також складено рекомендації для волонтерських мене- джерів щодо утримання досвідчених волонтерів та залучення нових, в залежності від того, який рівень органі- заційної прихильності характерний для волонтера.
