ONLINE TECHNOLOGIES OF INTEGRATION OF REFUGEE CHILDREN FROM UKRAINE IN GERMANY THROUGH THE MEANS OF CULTURE AND ART

SUMMARY:

The relevance of the research topic is caused by the need to create an intercultural dialogue between the Ukrainian community and a new foreign-language environment, which is one of the important criteria for the successful integration of any individual. Art and culture are the bridge through which, in different ways and with the help of different means of expression, it is possible to “understand each other”. The purpose of the article is to present the results of the international research program ‒ “Integration and formation of universal human values in refugee children from Ukraine in Germany through familiarization with German culture”. The technologies that were used during cooperation with various institutions and organizations that care for refugees from Ukraine and countries affected by military conflicts were implemented within the Hamburg program for scientists at risk ‒ Science Bridge for Ukraine (higher educational institutions of Hamburg and the Ministry of Science, Research, Equality and Constituencies (BWFGB) for Scholars at Risk). The objectives of the research are to describe a part of the program that made it possible to accumulate knowledge about the successful integration of refugee children from Ukraine in Germany and to determine the factors of the development of universal human values in children by means of art and culture in a foreign language environment. The article emphasizes the importance of preserving cultural identity and developing new competencies and qualities in children for building intercultural ties. The research method is a descriptive analysis of the empirical experience of working with the specified group of recipients within the scope of a scientific research international project. Conclusions: the use of online methods and technologies in education is the tool that will ensure the opportunity for every child to participate in creative, artistic, cultural, socially significant events of the world, regardless of the location and current residence.
