HEALTH CARE TECHNOLOGIES TAKING INTO ACCOUNT A PERSON’S GROUP AFFILIATION, TYPE OF NUTRITION, BODY WEIGHT AND TYPE OF NERVOUS SYSTEM

SUMMARY:

In recent years, the decline in the level of health of Ukrainian citizens has become catastrophic. As a result of irrational, unbalanced, polydeficiency nutrition, the number of people suffering from chronic non-infectious diseases of the cardiovascular system and gastrointestinal tract has increased sharply. «Hidden hunger» threatens the physical and intellectual health of the nation, and the problem of rational nutrition has all the signs that point to a threat to national security. Therefore, in the conditions of a deficit of financial support, individual categories of the country's population do not have to count on a non-consistent comprehensive state policy in the field of nutrition. The problem should be solved through prevention and a healthy lifestyle. And here, under all other conditions, those citizens who are more informed about food culture will have an advantage. The article is devoted to the problem of ensuring proper nutrition of student youth by taking into account their group affiliation, type of nutrition, body weight and type of nervous system. It has been established that all these factors are more or less related to human nutrition, maintaining its energy balance in terms of energy intake and expenditure. These and other data of experimental studies presented in the article indicate the expediency of taking them into account in the organization of proper nutrition in order to prevent diseases, preserve and strengthen the health of student youth. Among people of the first blood group, 48% of respondents preferred meat food, subjects with blood group (A) and (B) preferred mixed food, more than 50% of people with blood group (AB) ate mixed food and the same number of «m» by carnivores». Among people with blood type (0), cholerics are the most and melancholics are the least. There is a certain relationship between group affiliation and the body weight of the subjects. Students with blood group (A) and (O) were more prone to fear. The studied III (B) blood groups had the largest percentage of underweight individuals.

EMOTIONAL DETERMINANTS OF RESOLVING CONFLICT SITUATIONS

SUMMARY:

The article presents findings of the study of emotional determinants activating personal preferences for a particular way of resolving conflict situations. It refers to such emotional personal qualities as emotional intelligence, emotional stability, expressiveness, courage, sensitivity, anxiety, and tension. The correlation analysis results showed the presence of statistically significant relations between indicators characterizing emotional intelligence, emotional personality properties, and methods of overcoming conflict situations. Thus, emotional intelligence is directly associated with cooperation or compromise tendencies, negatively – with confrontational behavior; confidence, calmness – with the decision to cooperate with opponents; emotional instability – with the search for a compromise; stiffness – with the adjustment option; safety – with conflict avoidance. When comparing groups with the opposite manifestation of the mentioned emotional determinants according to indicators of overcoming a conflict situation, it was possible to establish that reserved, prudent, and careful people with low emotional intelligence are more prone to rivalry. Confident individuals with high emotional intelligence often resort to compromise. The tendency to cooperate is more characteristic of emotionally stable, cheerful, easy-going, relaxed, and confident individuals with high emotional intelligence. Adaptation to opponents is more characteristic of emotionally unstable, cautious, timid, and shy individuals with low emotional intelligence. Security-focused subjects are more likely to use avoidance than reserved and prudent subjects. Using factor analysis, it was established complexes of emotional determinants, which drive personal preferences for overcoming the conflict in a certain way. Therefore, for rivalry, this is restraint, restlessness and low emotional intelligence, for compromise – self-confidence, carefreeness, and high emotional intelligence, for cooperation – emotional stability, optimism and risk-taking, and for adaptation – caution and uncertainty.

ON THE ISSUE OF USING MUSICAL AND RHYTHMIC ACTIVITIES IN THE CORRECTION OF STUTTERING

SUMMARY:

The article is devoted to the problem of correcting stuttering in children, because such a speech disorder can be the cause of school failure, behavioral disorders and problems in communication with peers and adults. Characteristic speech defects in stuttering and analysis of the nature of this disorder, peculiarities of mental and physical development of children with stuttering are analyzed. The article emphasizes that the main cause of logoneurosis has a psychological affective nature (fright, fear, anger, shame), therefore, such a disorder requires a complex approach involving a neurologist, a speech therapist, correctional pedagogue, and psychocorrection should take place in a complex interaction. The need to introduce a system of timely diagnosis, correction and prevention of speech disorders into pedagogical practice is emphasized. An analysis of the impact of musical and rhythmic activity on the emotional state of children, the development of metro-rhythmic sense, and the ability to control the tempo of speech was carried out. The expediency of using logarithmics in the system of corrective work aimed at overcoming the symptoms of stuttering is justified, since various types of musical and rhythmic activities are capable of performing the function of psychotraining of individual mental properties: the tempo of speech and metro-rhythmic sense, the formation of willpower qualities of the individual, self-organization and mobility; improving concentration of attention. With the help of logorhythmic tools, children synchronize their speech with gestures, finger movements, and rhythmic movements of the whole body, develop new speech and motor skills, and speech is associated with a feeling of calmness and confidence. It is emphasized that the influence on the child's emotional sphere contributes to the formation of adequacy and completeness of emotions, sensitivity and stability; active creative musical and rhythmic activity, affecting all components of musical education, contributes to the psychological and creative freedom of the individual, increasing the level of self-esteem and belief in successfully overcoming one's own problems.

PECULIARITIES OF SELF-REGULATION OF MILITARY PERSONNEL WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF RESILIENCE

SUMMARY:

The article is devoted to the study of resilience as a resource of self-regulation of military personnel. The study of resilience and the specifics of the style of self-regulation of military personnel is especially relevant during a full-scale invasion. The article provides an analysis of modern theoretical and empirical research on the phenomena of resilience and self-regulation. It is noted that resilience modifies the level of self-regulation and helps in mastering new adaptive forms of behavior, determines the process of post-traumatic growth. Resilience is considered as a multidisciplinary construct, the factors of which are positive coping, positive affect, positive thinking, realism and behavioral control. Appropriate psychodiagnostic tools and mathematical and statistical methods were used to achieve the set aim of the study. The study established that a high level of resilience is reflected in significantly higher indicators of such components of self-regulation as planning and independence, as well as the general level of self-regulation. This indicates that servicemen with a high level of resilience demonstrate purposefulness in solving tasks, a tendency to more flexible planning, the ability to be critical of the results of their own activities, and an individualistic position in interpersonal interaction. It was determined that the high level of resilience of military personnel is expressed in the conscious planning of activities and the development of regulatory autonomy, as well as the formation of an individual system of conscious self-regulation of voluntary activity. In subjects with an average level of resilience, these qualities are developed to a lesser extent. In order to master new types of activities, they must develop the ability to adapt to changes, be aware of their external and internal resources, think through the ways of their actions and behavior to achieve their goals. The perspective of further studies is outlined, which consists in deepening the understanding of the construct of resilience and its relationships with other psychological phenomena.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AS A RESOURCE OF ADVENTUROUSNESS

SUMMARY:

The article presents the results of a theoretical-empirical study of psychological resources and factors of adventurousness as a stable personality trait. At this stage of the research, it is proven that emotional intelligence can function as a resource of adventurousness. It is assumed that indicators of adventurousness and emotional intelligence are related to each other, and a high level of emotional intelligence and its individual indicators can support and even provoke manifestations of adventurousness. The concepts of adventurousness and emotional intelligence are revealed. A description of existing ideas about adventurousness and emotional intelligence in the works of domestic and foreign scientists is provided. Adventurousness (tendency to adventurous behavior) as a complex property of the individual, is considered from the perspective of a continuous-hierarchical approach to the structure of the individual. The essence of emotional intelligence is revealed in the individual's ability to understand his own attitudes, represented in emotions, and to manage the emotional sphere on the basis of intellectual analysis and synthesis. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to study personality traits that require bold, quick, risky and adventurous actions in conditions of high uncertainty. It was used the following methods and techniques: «Adventurousness Test», «Diagnostics of emotional intelligence» and «Emotional intelligence» (EmIn) for examining adventurousness and emotional intelligence. Quantitative (correlation) and qualitative data analyzes were used. The results of the correlation analysis of the relationships between the indicators of adventurousness and emotional intelligence have been presented in the paper. The presence of positive significant relationships between indicators of adventurousness and most indicators of emotional intelligence has been revealed. The obtained results indicate that the tendency to adventurous behavior is characterized by the ability to understand the emotional state of a person based on external manifestations of emotions and internal states of other people; the ability to evoke certain emotions in other people; to recognize and understand one's own emotions; manage your emotions and control the external manifestations of your emotions. A description of the profiles of the characteristics of adventurousness of persons with different levels of emotional intelligence has been provided. The results have been obtained, confirming the influence of emotional intelligence on the manifestations of adventurousness, and thereby proving that emotional intelligence performs a resource function in relation to the tendency to adventurous behavior.
